What is the diet of humans?
Starch. Humans are born starch eaters. This means we are health, fit, strong and thin when we eat lot of Rice, corn, potatoes, beans, lentils, pasta, broccoli, spinach, and all the other fruits and vegetables. The Whole Food Plant-based diet is the best choice for all human. The only exception is if your body is already sick, or if you gut is damaged or can't process certain foods, or if you are starving to death.
Dr. John McDougall in this video above explains it well. If you are getting sick from animal products, you can loose weight and heal from sickness simply by aligning with the diet that the human body is designed for.
